I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) focused on helping people overcome symptoms of PTSD and chronic pain. I specialize in both shock trauma from single events such as accidents and injuries as well as on-going attachment and relational trauma. I incorporate elements of psychoanalysis for a holistic body/mind approach.
