I am full and not taking new clients right now. My name is Star and I applaud you for taking this step and feel honored you are considering including me on this journey. Do you often feel stuck in the past? If so, come work with me and we will use therapeutic methods to work on what is still holding you back, causing you difficulties-in a gentle and supportive manner.

As a trauma therapist my work integrates trauma informed Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Flash technique (both evidence based) mindfulness skills, and each of these therapeutic methods incorporate anxiety management skills. To work with individuals to be able to live in the here & now and to incorporate living the best life you deserve.

I have a passion for working with survivors of childhood, domestic, sexual abuse. Also, for working with those who have attempted suicide and/or have suicide ideation and self-injury. The definition of hope-a desire accompanied by expectation of or belief in fulfillment.
