I work with both teens and adults who are doing their best yet still feel stuck, stressed, or weighed down by difficult memories or emotions. Together, we’ll explore what you’re experiencing at a pace that feels right for you. My approach combines CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help you understand how your thoughts impact your feelings and behaviors.
