I work with individuals, couples, and parents. I believe that treatment must be oriented around insight and change. The first step to change is to develop a practical understanding of the problem and the "why?". The second step is to agree to work together to improve the problem by doing something different, the "how?".

I am entering my 4th decade of clinical practice. You will be listened to and heard. You can expect to receive homework with each session. Insight and understanding can be found during sessions, but change occurs outside sessions, and bringing insight into real-life experiences is the goal.
