About
Life is filled with many challenges. Sometimes the struggles feel like they are more than we can handle, and we just need an outside ear, some temporary professional support. No matter what the challenges, there is hope. Depression, anxiety, combat related leftovers, sexual or physical abuse, relationship troubles, parenting, affairs, grief and loss, infertility, stress. I specialize in two therapies clinically proven to be effective in dealing with two of life's biggest challenges: Trauma and Relationship Difficulties. I also work with the anxiety and depression that plague so many.
I am certified as both an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist. I walk with clients through their struggles and apply these clinically proven therapy approaches to those struggles. I believe in and practice Feedback Informed Treatment which uses the best available research and monitoring of patient progress.
I am a Retired US Army Chaplain. I have worked with the nation's finest and bravest. As part of who I am, I am honored to be able to continue to demonstrate compassion to those who have both served and who support those who have.
