My approach is collaborative—we’ll work together to understand what’s shaping your experiences, how your past shows up in the present, and what you need moving forward, while building practical tools to help you navigate it.
My goal is to help you feel more in control of your emotions, more confident expressing yourself, and more connected in your relationships—without losing who you are. Whether you’re new to therapy or coming back to it, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
