As a parent coach, I partner with caregivers to strengthen the relationships within their families, without judgment, shame, or cookie-cutter advice. I don’t stand on the sidelines telling you what to do. Instead, I walk beside you. You are the expert in your family. My role is to help you tap into that expertise, clarify your vision, and co-create a plan that aligns with your actions with your intentions of connection and joy.
Parent coaching is for ALL parents! I work with parents in crisis, those going through challenges (new parents, single and co-parents, & parents of children with special needs), and those who just want to preserve connection through change. My approach and methods are tailored to meet your unique needs.
