I specialize in utilizing parts work & EMDR with emotional freedom technique for optimal emotional regulation. Our work together is grounded in connection. I focus on creating a supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are; messy, anxious, curious, hopeful! I will provide unconditional compassion and care, while also challenging your patterns.
