I empower clients through person-centered therapy and collaboration. We will create a unique plan to help you meet your therapy goals. A treatment plan could include CBT, ERPT, IFS therapy techniques, guided visualizations, grounding exercises, clinical tapping techniques, somatic experiencing, inner child/parts work, and reprocessing techniques.
