I am a certified Life Coach with a Master's Degree in Psychology. I specialize in people struggling with anxiety, depression, and fears that affect their everyday life. I utilize a strong understanding of the 3 principals by Sydney Banks to help clients have a clearer view on their own life experiences and help them to have a profound shift in personal awareness that can change their life forever. I also help couples who are struggling and want to improve their relationship. I see many clients who have not had the success they had hoped for with traditional therapy methods and who want to try a new way.
In 2020 I came across a coaching training class that ultimately led me to an understanding of how life really works and what anxiety really was. As I was learning this I began noticing changes in my everyday thinking and then I had a profound insight that changed my life forever. Now I'm focused on sharing what I know and changing the lives of my clients.
My approach is very calm and engaging and I encourage clients to be themselves in a confidential and judgement free environment. I strive to connect with my clients and have open and meaningful conversations. I use examples from my own life to ensure my clients know I'm genuine and not only a believer of what I teach but also a transformed student.
