About
The need to feel less alone and to talk about your emotional reactions is even more important for enduring this time. Talking is one of the most underrated and most powerful coping skill we have. The act of talking in therapy helps people have more stamina to juggle all that is being demanded of people right now. I am taking every precaution to ensure my clients' safety and to provide quality therapy. All my sessions and my group are conducted by phone or Zoom. I am carefully monitoring the situation and will continue to practice in this manner until it is safe to return to office sessions.
I specialize in working with adults who are interested in making life-long changes. Therapy is a collaborative experience and my treatment plan is based on your individual needs.
I am available Monday through Friday. To help those with busy work schedules, I also have appointments available during the lunch break and on Friday afternoons.
