I specialize in helping adults and kids who have experienced emotional abuse, childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, or major life transitions. My therapeutic style draws from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). When working with children, I often incorporate play therapy techniques to help them express themselves in a natural, comfortable way. My goal is to meet each client where they are and support them.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, disconnected, or weighed down by past experiences. Trauma—especially from early life or relationships—can shape how we think, feel, and relate to others.
