Daytime, and limited evening and weekend hours are available. My goal is to empower those struggling with mental health challenges so they may achieve recovery as they define it. I help people of all ages work through depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or trauma. I have a broad range of experience, and would love to help you get your life back on track.
I am certified to work with Veterans and 1st Responders with PTSD, as well as abuse survivors. I am EMDR trained. My clinical experience at inpatient facilities helps me understand and assist those with brain chemical imbalances (depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia). I have successfully worked with dissociative and personality disorder diagnosis.
