Helping and supporting those who help and support...thats what fills me up. I primarily work with mental health clinicians and other providers, healers and helpers who have experienced various forms of wounding and have found minimal healing from other therapy or are just feeling full from providing space and care to others. We will collaborate through the process of healing and in the end you will feel a sense of space, breath, control & relief to be able to continue on your journey with strength, capacity and momentum.
Stuck, overwhelm & burdened feelings tend to linger. I use Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, mindfulness, art, nature-based and somatic interventions to aid in the healing and recovery process. I believe through the therapy relationship and uncovering the clients' unconscious wisdom the repair and healing that needs to happen can occur.
I am direct, gently challenging, nurturing, playful, and I value above all the therapeutic relationship. Supporting my fellow healers, among others, is something I am passionate about and enjoy holding space for.
