I use cognitive challenging and reframing to support my clients in developing healthier ways of thinking. I have also been trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, a technique that uses eye positions to help process at a deeper level. Lastly, concepts associated with IFS (parts work) assist my clients in exploring and strengthening their self-relationship.
