I have been providing therapy for nearly 10 years. I work with adults and adolescents 16 and up who are struggling with relationships, anxiety and/or depression. If you feel stuck in an endless cycle of negativity with your spouse, your child or someone else in your life, therapy is a great way to explore underlying issues, get help with communication and rebuild relationships on a stronger foundation. I work with individuals, couples and families who are coping with life transitions and communication issues.
Due to the nature of my education, I have learned to see any particular problem presented to me in therapy from a relational perspective and am able to help you address issues that are interconnected. Ultimately, this creates a longer lasting change in your life and in the lives of others.
