About
Everyone needs a person, a place where they can talk. Freely talk. And share the things that make us feel small, the things we do that we don't understand, our worries and secret hurts that have been done to us or that we have done to others. The thing is - talking doesn't always feel good. And sometimes, the things we want to talk about are downright painful. But just because it hurts - doesn't mean we shouldn't talk about it. That's why I'm here. I want to help you have a good talk... about hard things.
Today, I spend the best hours of my day hearing stories and struggles from people just like you and me. Everyday-humans who find themselves in a personal crisis and believe in the good that comes from processing life's challenges with wise counselors. Clinically trained, I enjoy meeting people of all backgrounds and am able to address a wide range of issues.
A term we use a lot is "unconditional regard." This is the idea of being treated with respect, regardless of our backgrounds, situations, or decisions. In my sessions, you will always be treated with respect. I'll meet you at your point on the journey, and together we'll go from there to whatever goals you'd like to achieve. So, reach out! Good talk!
