This is my guiding principle of therapy. I create a safe, welcoming space for clients to engage in self-exploration, process problems and issues, and heal the wounds of life. My approach is gentle, nurturing, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I believe you have all the wisdom you need within you; you just haven’t been able to access it yet. I enjoy working with older children, adolescents, adults, and families.
My special areas of interest include trauma, adult child healing, low self-esteem, codependency, aging parent issues, anxiety, and female empowerment. Populations I have special experience with are struggling adolescents, adults who work in the education field, and parents who are finding it difficult to parent their intense children.
