I tailor treatment to best support your unique goals and have received specialized training in CBT, DBT and Nervous System Regulation. I am a SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) Provider and a Certified Fair Play Method Facilitator.
As a Mom of 3, I relate to the stress of modern day parenting and strive to provide support and solutions to other overwhelmed parents/caregivers.
