Sometimes healing begins in the pause, by gently slowing down to process difficult experiences and listen more closely to ourselves, our relationships, and the impact of what we’ve been through. My approach is rooted in trauma treatment, with extensive experience in EMDR, and influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic practices. Over time, I’ve expanded my work to include healing modalities such as Reiki, Ayurveda, and nature-based practices that have played a key role in my own wellbeing.
