I have years of experience working with adolescents, parents, and families, specifically within today’s schools. My first career pursuit was as a mentor and athletic coach for a wide range of ages and populations. As I encountered families facing struggles and brokenness, I had the desire to pursue a degree in counseling, to restore healing and hope.
I also have unique desire to use my athletic background and coaching to work with individuals & teams in the area of performance. Whether this applies to athletics or arts, I strive to go beyond simply improving the mental game. I focus on helping individuals find healing from life’s tough situations, ultimately unlocking a higher quality of performance.
