Have you ever felt like you were stuck in a perpetual cycle of stress? Or feeling paralyzed by trauma that is refusing to allow you to become the best version of yourself. It is an honor to be trusted to walk beside you on this journey to healing. I provide a remote therapeutic space filled with peace, compassion and support for my clients. Together, we will work on identifying what is no longer providing purpose in your life whilst creating goals and a plan that works for you to make changes to decrease and possibly eliminate, these emotions and behaviors producing distress currently in your life.
In 2020 I graduated from Walden University with an MS degree in CMHC. During post-graduation I have become certified as a CCTP, dedicating my education in Trauma (neurodivergent, complex, childhood) to assist a variety of clients. I currently work with adults only concerning trauma, adjustment disorders, neurodivergence and depression.
I believe it takes an immense amount of courage for one to ask for help. Throughout your journey towards becoming the best version of yourself we will engage in an emphasis of DBT, A.C.T and Trauma Informed Care.
