My ideal clients are adolescents, young adults, and parents with a broad range of issues such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and mood disorders. Many adolescents young adults, and families have issues adjusting to life changes as well as problems with family relationships. Helping children, young adults, and their families learn how to alleviate stress associated with unwanted thoughts and behavior with the use of appropriate coping skills is a way that I assist clients in meeting their goals.
I have been a therapist since 2022 with a focus on families, children, and young adults. Before becoming a Social Worker, I was a licensed teacher, which has given me working knowledge of issues that teens and young adults, and families face. I specialize in a wide range of issues, including ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and PTSD.
I utilize several different types of therapy modalities to help adolescents, young adults, and families work through the challenges that they are facing.
