I specialize in working with adults and adolescents. I have 12+ years experience working in the mental health field and have a Masters Degree in Social Work through WVU. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse, and behavior issues.
I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Behavioral Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing into my practice.
