Hi, I'm Stacy, an LMFT-Associate with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. I firmly believe that the systems shaping us extend beyond our childhood and intimate relationships. I am a queer, mature, neurodivergent systemic therapist committed to helping individuals, families, and relationships thrive. My practice focuses on guiding clients through life transitions and fostering healthy, meaningful connections. I am particularly passionate about supporting adolescents, families, and individuals facing challenges related to LGBTQ+ health, social exclusion and hardship, parenting, and self-discovery.
I employ collaborative, emotionally focused, narrative, intergenerational, and attachment-based therapeutic approaches, tailoring each method to meet my clients' unique needs and goals as we work through hardships that manifest within families and relationships. This has enabled me to better support my clients in their healing journeys.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I am keenly aware of the systemic patterns that limit growth. I am dedicated to continuous professional development to ensure my practice remains effective and compassionate. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental environment to explore your unique experiences together.
