Trauma impacts so many of us, whether it is trauma with a small "t" (like being teased as a child, financial stresses, or relationship losses) or trauma with a big "T" (such as accidents, deaths, emotional or physical abuse, or sexual trauma). I specialize in working with traumas of all types. Using approaches that are suited to your individual needs, I can help you work your way through the pain and memories to a more peaceful and calm place.

I work primarily with adults, adolescents and couples, and I am a Certified EMDR clinician, consultant, and trainer. EMDR is a particular type of therapy that is proven to be immensely helpful with trauma and loss.
