I have training in a variety of evidence-based techniques, but due to its high success rate, and reduced treatment period, my primary tool is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I have been trained on since 2014. I became certified in 2020, which solidifies my dedication to continuing to learn and sharpen my EMDR skills annually.
I will meet you wherever you are in your healing or self-improvement journey - at whatever pace you feel comfortable with. You possess many strengths and resiliencies that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you, I am just a guide to help you discover the ones you cannot see.
