About
You’ve already taken the first step. Life can feel overwhelming and difficult at times. I am here for you to feel heard and validated. I work from a collaborative strength-based approach where we will address underlying patterns that may not be working for you anymore. I am an experienced clinician who believes in prioritizing mental health. I treat a wide variety of issues for clients ranging in age 16 and up, such as; anxiety, depression, school refusal, trauma, chronic pain, family issues, perinatal, depression work stress, parenting issues, and pandemic stress.
I work with women and girls struggling with body image issues through a lens of Intuitive Eating and Body Positivity. I believe that one can cope with these issues by using skills of; attunement, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices.
