Nobody learns mental health in high school. Many people grow up without knowing the first thing about their emotions. I work with individuals, couples and families by giving them much needed information about mental health. Working with each individual person on what information they need in a relaxed conversational manner.
The way I work with couples is by having them come together for the first meeting and then seeing each person individually to work on the issues that they each bring into the marriage. Sometimes it's easier to work without the other person present. Then we go from there. Link to article. https://bit.ly/3h96VUX
