I use an eclectic approach to therapy as I believe not one approach fits all. I have been trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness therapies, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Yoga, visualization & imagery, Solution Focused and Nutrition, psychedelic assisted therapy and integration, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
My passion is to support you in working through the obstacles that stand in your way to thriving and living the life you are meant to live and to uncover the diamond that is within you.
