Do you need help healing past hurts and resentments, and want tools to deal with conflict more effectively? The couples I work with often have some emotional disconnection or struggles with intimacy, and they often need help recovering from affairs. My couples gain tools to reconnect, deepen their friendship, as well as gaining nuts and bolts tools to improve their ability to do conflict more effectively. My ideal clients like to laugh, and are open to feedback about how they can change their current patterns to become the amazing couple they know they can be! I also work with individuals who want to be in a healthy relationship.

I use practical exercises and directives in session, as well as assignments that I often give clients to work on between sessions. I believe that the clients should have a clear sense of the direction of their therapy. I keep a close eye on where you are in terms of goal accomplishment, so that therapy has a course and there is an endpoint in mind.

Seeking help is hard! I offer a calm and direct approach. I have been a couples therapist for over 20 years, so I have seen it all and helped people with diverse types of issues.
