I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults (18-65) who struggle with executive functioning, shame, overwhelm, emotional regulation, and relationship problems. I help by exploring the connections between your early experiences, family dynamics, and social systems at large. I also have experience working with PTSD, CPTSD, and attachment trauma.
My practice is unique because I’m a late diagnosed adult myself. I have the lived experience of compensating for my neurodivergence. I have also worked in a variety of settings, including residential treatment centers, school-based programs, and private practice. I understand how ADHD and co-occurring disorders impact all areas of life across the lifespan.
