I love working with adolescents, young adults, families, and couples!
My passion is helping others become their best selves. The past 17 years, I have worked with a variety of individuals struggling with everyday challenges to include anxiety, depression and trauma. I believe that we all have our own unique traumas that happen through out our lives that impact us and sometimes we need some help working through those traumas.
Working from a cognitive-behavioral perspective I can help you connect your mind and your body together. Our beliefs directly impact our behaviors and my goal as your therapist is to aline your beliefs with your behaviors so you can be your absolute best self.
