I have a passion for working with children, teens, & adults who feel overwhelmed, & need support working through their feelings, calming their worries, & building tools to handle whatever life throws their way. Sessions are tailored to each person-whether that means play-based therapy for kids, or a supportive space to talk things through with teens & adults
