We will work together to break down your challenges into manageable parts, building tolerance for distress and learning healthy ways to manage symptoms. In addition to psychotherapy, Relief Mental Health offers medication management, psychedelic therapy (Spravato esketamine), and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).
