Making the decision to begin therapy may not be an easy one, I do my best to create a warm and healing atmosphere for my clients to experience progress while feeling safe and supported. I value my role as clinician and appreciate connecting with each individual client to meet their specific goals. With compassion, patience and empathy, I assist clients in gaining effective coping skills, setting healthy boundaries, implementing positive lifestyle choices, and improving decision-making strategies. In addition to being a Nationally Certified Counselor, I am a certified Clinical Supervisor for Limited Licensed Counselors while they are new to the field.
