Strong Roots: A Group for Women
Strong Roots: For Women is a gathering for women ready to slow down, reconnect, and feel genuinely held. Each session weaves together psychoeducation, guided meditation, somatic movement, and journaling in a trauma-informed space where women can explore what gets in the way of caring for themselves. Whether you are carrying too much, feeling disconnected from your body, or simply craving real community with other women, this space was built for you. Facilitated at LAF Counseling in Mesa, Arizona.
