About
I partner with clients to address life stressors including, but not limited to, abandonment, depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as couples who may be experiencing a crossroads in their relationship. I also work with clients who are NOT struggling or in crisis , rather, they are looking to improve upon their self-confidence, prepare for a career change or simply grow and thrive in their personal and/or professional lives.
As your therapist, and owner of Thriveworks , I am completely invested in helping you to reach your personal and professional goals. I use an integrated approach to therapy, utilizing a variety of orientations and therapies, which are based on your individual needs.
I bring a unique combination of clinical, corporate, Christian and real-life experience to my practice. As a survivor of breast cancer, I also provide therapy, often at reduced rates, to cancer patients, survivors and their caregivers. It is my way of using my clinical and personal experiences to help others.
