As a licensed clinical social worker, I have a passion for working with individuals wherever they may be in their own personal journey. I have spent much of my professional career working with children, adolescents and adults as a therapist and an educator. I understand the challenges and rewards as they relate to school, family, social stressors and life transitions. I also work closely with families as they navigate these areas as a parent, guardian or sibling.
I provide individual, family and group interventions. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults in the following areas; OCD, phobias, depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, peer and family relationships, behavioral needs and decision making, and life adjustments.
The therapeutic relationship is important and I provide a safe, open and supportive environment for the therapeutic process. I believe in utilizing strengths in order to build confidence and overcome barriers that make it difficult to reach the goals you have for yourself and your life.
