Are you exploring neurodivergence or have you been diagnosed late in life with ADHD and/or Level 1 Autism? Maybe you're aware of deep emotional suffering and are ready to step into a process of healing. I work with adults who want to heal trauma, especially neurodivergent adults.My goal is to help you know yourself deeply, and gently but profoundly help you heal emotional and relational wounds so you can grow. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person myself, I love helping people learn more about themselves and reprocess traumatic life experiences so a fulfilling path forward becomes the new norm.
With formal training in trauma-informed, neuro-affirming IFS and EMDR, I help my clients move through their unhealed emotional wounds to a place of self compassionate healing.
