Anxiety is a life-sucker and can be extremely crippling. It can interfere with your ability to stay present, be productive, maintain relationships, and can rob you of happiness. Maybe you've become homebound, can't go to sleep without checking off a list of items over and over or get so caught up in your thinking that you feel paralyzed to make any decisions. Perhaps your anxiety is compounded with ADHD and life seems like a true slog to get anything accomplished. You’ve seen therapists, but with each failed intervention attempt, you only become more certain that it’s hopeless. You cannot give up, there's another way forward.

I approach every client uniquely and use an eclectic, person-centered, integrative, evidence-based model as well as the ACT model. We will set overall goals that will not only help you with what you are struggling with mentally but also aid you in reaching better health all-around. When ready, I will challenge you and help set weekly goals to work towards.

Aside from the omnipresent stigma, the process for getting help can be overwhelming and exhausting, leaving one feeling frustrated and lonely. However, I also know how life-changing it can be to find the right help. You only get this one life and I am here to help you live it in your most authentic, fully expressed, ideal way.
