Welcome! My name is Stacy Bechtel and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe that change is facilitated through the power of the therapeutic relationship. I am passionate about mental health and believe in empowering clients by focusing on the strengths and resilience of each person. I work with children (8+), teens, and adults.

I enjoy working with clients who are: struggling with perfectionism, struggling with job burnout, college students managing stress, navigating a recent move to Charlotte, as well as many other life transitions.
