We slow things down and gently figure out what is happening underneath the anxiety, conflict, or emotional shutdown. Often there are patterns, old wounds, or relationship dynamics you’ve been carrying for years without realizing how much they’ve been affecting you.
My style is warm, practical, and honest. I will help you understand yourself, communicate more clearly, set healthier boundaries, and feel more emotionally steady — not by “fixing” you, but by helping you finally make sense of your own reactions and needs.
I keep a small practice so I can truly know my clients and be fully present. I work with adults, couples and families dealing with anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
