Hi and welcome! I have had the true honor in witnessing through my clients, the strength and growth that people are capable of. I believe each session is an opportunity to freely be yourself through exploring your past, present and working to cultivate helpful strategies to take with you from the present day and on. I have taken intentional and diligent steps to be skilled in several treatment approaches to address: trauma, anxiety, depression, phobias, family issues and identity development concerns.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NYS. I believe that trust and rapport is essential in any therapeutic relationship. I have worked in several settings including; schools and community based agencies, this has allowed me to truly learn how to cultivate a safe space for each client.
