My name is Stacy and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who would be honored to help you live that life. My specialty is working with adults and adolescents who have experienced trauma and PTSD at various degrees. While that is my main specialty, I also have experience working with mood disorders, ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, OCD, autism, and the LGBTQ+ community.
I use a client-centered and trauma-informed approach, for all my clients, free of judgement. My goal is to create a safe space while utilizing modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, exposure therapy, gestalt therapy, and internal family systems.
I understand that each person is on their own journey; therefore, I treat each of you as an individual by meeting you where your needs are at.
