I specialize in working with older teens and adults, using EBPs such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Common Elements Treatment Approach. My focus areas include stress, anxiety, LGBT concerns, grief and loss, trauma, and depression. I believe in creating a safe space for my clients to feel unconditional positive regard, heard, supported & understood.
