I have extensive experience and training working with women navigating challenges unique to their journeys. My clients often face depression, anxiety, infertility, infidelity, miscarriage, or postpartum concerns. Many come to therapy during times of relationship struggles, overwhelming life stress, or grief. Others seek to address how unresolved past traumas—whether from childhood or later in life—are affecting their current relationships and overall outlook. Women who are ready to heal and grow feel comfortable and supported by my compassionate, understanding, and non-judgmental approach.

I work with women navigating family growth or struggling with PPD/PPA. Women dealing with the challenges of infertility, PCOS, or adoption. With 20+ years of experience supporting women in similar situations—and as someone who’s been there myself - I offer genuine care, empathy, and understanding to help you through this challenging time.

I primarily use a strengths-based approach, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to experience growth, change, and healing. I believe that when clients are deeply invested in their personal development, they achieve the most meaningful transformation.
