I have extensive experience working with women and matters that are unique to women. My clients have often dealt with depression, anxiety, infertility, infidelity, miscarriage, post-partum, and adoption. They often find themselves in the midst of relationship problems, life-stressors, anxiety, or grief. Others have come to recognize that past trauma (childhood or other) is affecting their current relationships and personal outlook on life. Women desiring to heal and grow find themselves very comfortable with my relaxed, non-judgmental and compassionate attitude.
My clients are women seeking to grow their family or who are struggling with PPD/PPA. If you are a woman who struggles with infertility/PCOS or are going through infertility treatments or adoption I have spent the past 19 years working with women just like you - and like me. I have walked in your shoes and offer genuine care, support, and understanding.
I most frequently work from a strengths-based approach. I aim to provide a comfortable and safe environment in which my clients can experience growth, change, and healing. I believe when my clients have a vested interest in their personal growth they also experience the greatest healing. Together we can accomplish great things! I look forward to meeting you.
