The adults and teenagers I work with, individually and with family supports involved, have made the conscious decision to meet with me in hopes of feeling better in whatever way is genuine to them, whatever they may be up against emotionally, mentally and behaviorally. In return, I find fulfillment and pride in developing a trusting, empathetic, and effective therapeutic partnership with the goal to process issues at hand, find accessible and effective solutions, and help them get back on track to a happier, healthier life!
I spent some of the most important years of my career working in case management within the New Jersey Children’s System of Care. I got to meet and collaborate with some of the most compassionate and clinically competent professionals and had the privilege to spend time in people’s homes, helping them navigate systems and find a path to treatment.
Hearing the stories and the challenges of adults and adolescents who are facing hard realities hand-in-hand with depression, anxiety, financial struggles, and trauma, and helping them find peace and healing, is my honor and my life’s work.
