Our work often includes both gaining insight into the causes and conditions of your current challenge, and cultivating practices that are aligned with your deepest heart felt desires. Sometimes our sessions are focused on processing experience and other sessions are focused on integrating that insight into living the life you want to live.
I use a variety of approaches with a relational, embodied, neurobiological, and spiritual orientation, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Parts (IFS) and iRest. My approach is warm, accepting, curious and humorous. I am grateful to get to do this work and witness so many brave people experience their beautiful true nature.
