Announcement icon We can meet on Telehealth and when it is safe we can meet in person using social distancing and health/safety precautions.
Life can be difficult sometimes. We can get off track, have trouble coping with day to day stress, lose sight of our own goals and dreams, or just feel lost and overwhelmed. In my practice, I enjoy work with individuals, families, and couples struggling with issues ranging from depression, anxiety, trauma, women's issues, anger management, ADHD, relationship problems and communication problems. In therapy, the goal is to become engaged in a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship that can facilitate growth, change and healing.
I have extensive training with children, adolescents and families. I use an integrative approach as each person needs are unique. Also, I have training in psychological evaluations with children and adolescents and people suffering with medical conditions, both acute and chronic.
I enjoy working in a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I have found that within the therapeutic relationship, self exploration and discovery can lead to new ways of coping and better ways of living.
