As a counselor for over 11 years, I have experience working with clients of all ages to overcome challenges including relationship difficulties, addiction, grief, depression, trauma and mood disorders.
My style of counseling is collaborative, using an integrative, solution-focused and evidenced-based approach to help clients navigate through difficulties and develop effective coping skills. Currently offering telehealth counseling services in Florida and California.
